DESCRIPTION
Whatever I set in the APN edit page, it reverts back to "Any" after clicking
Save. I can change the preferred 4G/3G/2G settings from the mmcli and it works
fine, but I need to set it again after reboot.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open APN settings and edit your APN details.
2. Select whatever option in Network type (4G/3G/2G).
3. Save and open again.
OBSERVED RESULT
It always fallback to "Any".
EXPECTED RESULT
Have my preferred setting applied (even after reboot).
