DESCRIPTION
After adding the timezone that is associated with Bogota, Colombia, the widget
displays the timezone incorrectly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Settings
2. Add a timezone
3. Select Bogota
4. Observe that the timezone is listed as an offset from UTC, rather than using
its acronym (COT -- Colombia Time)

OBSERVED RESULT
See attached screenshot

EXPECTED RESULT
The timezone is shown with its acronym, in a similar way that other timezones
are displayed.
