Moreover, I opened a thread about these bugs on KDE Discuss, but got ZERO responses: https://discuss.kde.org/t/wayland-multi-hz-animation-fps-caps-applet-popups-locked-at-60hz-and-overview-triggers-system-wide-60fps-lock-plasma-6-7-3/48962 Pushing Wayland as the default (and dropping X11) while core compositor features regress into breaking basic high refresh rate functionality makes daily desktop use a poor and frustrating experience.
