With multi-display setups sometimes adjusting the scale of one display alters
the relative positions of other displays

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have many displays (make more with krfb-virtualmonitor if needed)
2. Adjust the scale of one of them

OBSERVED RESULT
The relative positions of other displays might move

EXPECTED RESULT
Changing the scale should not affect the relative position of displays that are
touching each other.
