DESCRIPTION
If I use a mouse in plasma-bigscreen (we often use that as the only TV
control), the scroll wheel does nothing on the home screen launcher rows, or to
'scroll down' on the main home page to see the other rows. It works in menus,
in apps, etc.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in the plasma-bigscreen
2. Grab your mouse on the home screen
3. Scroll down -- nothing happens.
4. (Optional) Scroll up/down over a row (eg. Recent) -- nothing happens.
OBSERVED RESULT
1. Nil scrolling on the page, or on the category rows.
EXPECTED RESULT
1. Page scrolls up/down to find more category rows, and/or rows scroll
left/right.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The wheel does move the focused item inside plasma and bigscreen's own menus,
in settings etc.
The home screen buttons (in the rows) can be clicked on the launch. Clicking
and dragging the rows does move them side to side, but clicking and moving the
'background' does not move the full bigscreen page up/down to select a launcher
who.
