DESCRIPTION
Copying replaces the time stamp with the time of copying no the timestamp of
the file copied. This makes future sync impossible as destination is _always_
newer than the source
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. copy folders/files
2. attempt sync

Files are copied back to source

timestamp of source files are set
