In German translation database and especially in translation files for
Spectacle I can see English string „Languages for OCR:“ and its translation,
but I cannot find any Strings for „Deutsch“. I suppose those names/titles for
OCR data are coming from *.traineddata files or from some metadata from
Distribution …
