DESCRIPTION
Wallpaper keeps creating an old deleted wallpaper and switching me to it no
matter what I try.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a wallpaper.
2. Switch to it.
3. Wait until KDE switches you back to the old wallpaper.
4. Delete old wallpaper
5. Wait until KDE rises it from the grave then switches you back to it.
OBSERVED RESULT
KDE Switches me back to my old wallpaper.
EXPECTED RESULT
Literally respecting my wallpaper choices and not constantly swapping it
around.
