charge limit of 80% or 100% through the System
                    Settings GUI

DESCRIPTION
LG Gram laptops only accept a charge limit of 80 or 100. (See:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/admin-guide/laptops/lg-laptop.html#battery-care-limit).
If the user attempts to change the charge limit to anything other than 80 or
100 through KDE's GUI in System Settings > Power Management > Advanced Power
Settings > Charge Limit, then KDE will display the number that has been entered
by the user as if the charge limit has changed, while in reality an error has
occurred behind-the-scenes and the charge limit has not been changed at all.
(Upon reboot, KDE will display the laptop's true current charge limit, be it 80
or 100.)

This can lead to much confusion for users. LG Gram users who attempt to set a
charge limit in System Settings may wonder why their charge limit is being
ignored (or why it seems to be reset upon reboot). For this reason, I suggest
that the System Settings GUI only allow LG Gram users to enter a value of 80 or
100 as a charge limit.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Attempt to change charge limit in System Settings to any value other than 80
or 100
2. Notice that no error message is displayed and that the entered number is
displayed in the GUI
3. Leave the laptop plugged in; it will charge beyond the entered charge limit.

4. Attempt to change charge limit in System Settings to 80
5. Leave the laptop plugged in; the charge limit will be respected.

OBSERVED RESULT
System Settings allows LG Gram users to enter invalid values for charge limit.
No error message is shown. The charge limit is ignored.

EXPECTED RESULT
When an LG Gram user enters an invalid value (anything other than 80 or 100)
for charge limit, an error message should be displayed explaining that this
laptop model only accepts value of 80 or 100.
Alternatively, LG Gram users could be given two "radio buttons" under charge
limit: 80 or 100
