DESCRIPTION
Popups shown on widget hover (like window previews) don't show the tint from
the Breeze Plasma Style when the display scale is set to 100%. Any scale above
or below that show the tint correctly. This is especially noticeable when the
popup is displayed over a window/background that is a shade opposite of the
style, where text becomes impossible to read.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use a Breeze Plasma Style
2. Hover on any widget with a background using a shade opposite of the theme
OBSERVED RESULT
Breeze (light) over a dark background/Breeze Dark over a light background
become unreadable
EXPECTED RESULT
All Breeze styles are shaded correctly at 100% scale, like other scales

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I haven't observed this issue on KDE Linux (before and after Plasma 6.7.0) or
KDE neon Testing (6.6.90) so it could likely be an issue with however Fedora is
packaging the Breeze style
