Kwin hangs up for a few moments (usually around 1-2 seconds) with certain
actions, confirmed by the freezing of all movements including the cursor on the
screen.
I have tested the hang to be always reproducible with the following actions:
1. When about to show the tabbox on pressing Alt+Tab.
2. When opening the Desktop effects page in system settings.
3. When opening the Animations page in system settings.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press Alt+Tab, open Desktop effects or Animations page in system settings.
OBSERVED RESULT
Observe that the screen freezes for a few moments.
EXPECTED RESULT
Kwin shouldn't freeze.
