authentication popup

DESCRIPTION
Scanning a QR code for an already saved Wi-Fi network causes the saved password
to be lost/invalid, resulting in authentication being requested every time the
network is connected.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Save a Wi-Fi network in KDE Plasma and connect successfully.
2. Open the Plasma NetworkManager applet.
3. Scan a QR code containing the same Wi-Fi network credentials and click
Connect.
4. Disconnect and reconnect to the network. (if auth window hasn't poped up
already)

OBSERVED RESULT
After scanning the QR code of an already saved network:
- The network asks for authentication every time it is connected.
- The saved password is no longer available.
- KDE Wallet contains an entry for the network, but the stored PSK field is
empty.
NOTE: Manually adding the missing PSK entry in KDE Wallet restores normal
behavior.

EXPECTED RESULT
If the network already exists, scanning the QR code should either:
- update the existing connection correctly in the same UUID, AND
- notify the user that the network already exists.
The stored password should remain valid and the network should reconnect
automatically.
NOTE: One usecase is when the user tries to update the password of a saved
network with the QR code instead of typing the new password manually.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Fedora Linux 44
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.28.0
Qt Version: 6.11.1
Kernel Version: 7.1.6-201.fc44.x86_64 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 16 × AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with Radeon Graphics
Memory: 32 GiB of RAM (27.3 GiB usable)
Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon Graphics

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This appears to happen only when importing a QR code for an already existing
network.

Fresh QR imports after deleting the old network work correctly:
- the connection is created successfully,
- the password is stored in KDE Wallet,
- reconnecting works without authentication.

It appears that scanning an existing network may create or leave behind
duplicate NetworkManager connection profiles/UUIDs. The affected profile has a
corresponding KDE Wallet entry, but the {"psk": "..."} value is missing
(entirely blank).

Example:
- Old connection UUID remains with empty PSK entry.
- New connection UUID created after forgetting and re-importing contains the
correct PSK.
