DESCRIPTION
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hover mouse cursor over text fields or hyperlinks (anything that changes the
cursor shape)
2. Observe cursor changing shapes
OBSERVED RESULT
The mouse cursor abruptly changes shape in a jarring and distracting manner. It
doesn't smoothly transition to other shapes.
EXPECTED RESULT
Cursor should change form smoothly and not so abruptly. There should be a
smooth transition between shape changes and the cursor shouldn't constantly
snap and unsnap.

Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window): Arch Linux

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I had to record my screen with my phone and turn on slow-motion mode to show
the effect better. For some weird reason it doesn't show up as well when screen
recording using the built-in screen recorder.
