DESCRIPTION
The up and down arrow buttons for Scale on the Display Configuration screen
within System Settings stop working after Applying changes and Reverting back.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change Scale
2. Click Apply
3. Click Revert
OBSERVED RESULT
Up and Down arrow buttons next to the Scale # percentage cease working. They
work again after choosing a different System Settings screen and coming back to
Display Configuration.
EXPECTED RESULT
Up and Down arrow buttons should work even after Reverting.
