DESCRIPTION
To make people not think that there is a bug, inapplicable but active kcms
should show up in the sidebar. For example kcm_audiocd has an entry in the
start menu that it can be accessed through
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install audiocd-kio
2. Have no cd's in a drive
3. Open audiocd through kicker
OBSERVED RESULT
The kcm opens but doesn't show up in the sidebar
EXPECTED RESULT
It should show up and be active in the sidebar.
