DESCRIPTION
Using Dolphin to access an FTP filesystem served via most PS Vita homebrew
software with an FTP server initially connects, but cannot browse beyond
partition folders since it sees folders as files.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start FTP server (from VitaShell, BGFTP, etc.) from PS Vita on the same
network
2. Enter FTP server IP address into Dolphin
3. Open a partition folder (e.g. ux0:. ur0:. etc.)
OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin says "Trying to open a file as a folder:" followed by the filepath of
the selected folder and an "Open as File" button.
EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin enters the selected partition folder and sees the contents inside.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Most (if not all) PS Vita homebrew that have FTP server functionality use
libftpvita or forks of it:
https://github.com/xerpi/libftpvita
Manually entering a filepath of a subfolder inside a partition folder will also
fail in the same way.
