DESCRIPTION
When sending files from Windows to my Android phone using KDE Connect:
- The file is successfully transferred.
- The file is present on the phone and can be opened.
- However, KDE Connect displays an "Error receiving file" notification.
Transfers from Android to Windows work normally.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pair Windows 10 and Android device.
2. Send any file from Windows to Android.
3. Wait for the transfer to complete.
OBSERVED RESULT
The file is successfully received, but KDE Connect displays an "Error receiving
file" notification.
EXPECTED RESULT
The file is received successfully and no error notification is shown.

The file itself is successfully received despite the error notification, so the
issue appears to occur while KDE Connect is publishing/registering the received
file with Android's Downloads/MediaStore.
