DESCRIPTION
I'm running Dolphin 25.12.3 patched with
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kio/-/merge_requests/2288 and
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kio/-/merge_requests/2306 to fix a couple of
bugs with advanced permissions settings. These patches work, but I found two
new bugs while testing them, this report is one of them.

When a file's permissions are set to a "non-standard" combination (for
instance, read-write-execute for owner, read-only with no execute for everyone
else) using the Advanced Permissions feature of Dolphin, the Owner, Group, and
Others combo boxes in the Property dialog are blanked out for that file. The
next time the Properties dialog is opened for that file, the combo boxes will
have inexplicably become quite narrow. If one then sets permissions back to a
normal state (adding back executable bits, for instance), the combo boxes will
remain narrow until the Properties window is closed and re-opened again.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Find an executable file in your home directory.
2. Open Dolphin, and navigate to that file.
3. Right-click the file, and click "Properties".
4. Click the "Permissions" tab, then click the "Advanced Permissions" button.
5. Uncheck the executable bit for "Owning Group" and "Others".
6. Click "OK".
7. Note that the combo boxes in the Properties dialog under "Access
Permissions" are now grayed out and empty.
8. Click "OK" to close the Properties dialog.
9. Right-click the file, and click "Properties", then click the "Permissions"
tab again.
10. Note that the combo boxes under "Access Permissions" are now half their
usual width.
11. Click "Advanced Permissions".
12. Re-check the executable bit boxes for "Owning Group" and "Others".
13. Click "OK".
14. Observe that the combo boxes under "Access Permissions" are still narrow
and make it difficult to read their contents

OBSERVED RESULT
See step 14.

EXPECTED RESULT
Combo boxes should always be the same width as the "Advanced Permissions"
button (that's the width they usually are).
