            Bug ID: 523992
Summary: [Wayland] Pointer focus lost on GTK3 context menu
(xdg_popup) opened immediately after closing a child
                    window
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: kwin
      Version First 6.7.3
       Reported In:
          Platform: Arch Linux
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: wayland-generic
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

In a KWin Wayland session, right-clicking to open a context menu in
virt-manager immediately after closing a VM display window results in a menu
that ignores mouse input.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open virt-manager in a KDE Wayland session.
2. Launch a VM and open its console window.
3. Close the console window.
4. Right-click an item in the main window immediately.

OBSERVED RESULT
The context menu opens, but clicking on menu items does nothing. Hover effects
don't work either. However, navigating with arrow keys and pressing Enter works
fine.

EXPECTED RESULT
The context menu should respond to mouse clicks normally.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.28.0
Qt Version: 6.11.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Running with `GDK_BACKEND=x11 virt-manager` works without any issues.
- It seems like a race condition where pointer focus isn't properly routed to
the new xdg_popup right after the previous surface is hidden/destroyed.
