Screenshot of the Event Viewer's Application Popup stating the following: The

could not be located

DESCRIPTION
Starting the program and then opening an existing project file or starting a
new one opens two popups about the same missing procedure call for a dll file.
The program seems to work fine despite these pop-ups

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Freshly Install KdenLive with the Windows Installer
(https://download.kde.org/stable/kdenlive/26.04/windows/kdenlive-26.04.3.exe),
installing for all users
2. Launch the Program on any user
3. Open an existing project file, or start a new one.

OBSERVED RESULT
The following pop-up about being unable to locate a procedure entry point in a
dll:

 The procedure entry point
_ZN4absl12lts_2024011613hash_internal15MixingHashState16LowLevelHashImplEPKhy
could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program
Files\kdenlive\bin\libopencv_dnn4100.dll.

EXPECTED RESULT
No pop-up about missing procedure entry point in a dll file

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows 10 (22H2)
KDE Plasma Version: N/A
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.27.0
Qt Version: 6.11.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The program works perfectly fine for what I'm using it for and I don't notice
any other errors occuring, it is just mildly annoying everytime I launch it and
open an old file or start a new one it pops this up.
