[email protected] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |[email protected] | |om --- Comment #1 from [email protected] --- I was just thinking of posting such a request. The need to drop files between the gaps requires a lot more precision and as such can slow down this process and if we are off and drop on another item, the move is skipped which can be frustrating or at the very least annoying. I have provided a recording of the interaction. Similar interaction is also present on the desktop. https://drive.proton.me/urls/5TABG3G550#hHgzYvrm9uIH I understand that some programs support drag and drop for opening, but having this feature also run for non executable items is odd. If possible, I would suggest that when dropping on an item it test if it has execution properties, if not, it drop in the folder. If that is not possible, a setting to enable or disable this feature would be a good alternative, but not a permanent solution. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
