This very likely also applies to any client device with an OS + FS combination,
connected via MTP, which restricts more code-points than the host does. Surely
Win32 is a pertinent example? AOSP is not the sole OS that exposes MTP
connections. Perhaps, evaluating different filesystems, on a PostMarketOS
device, shall demonstrate the scope of this problem.
