I was able to reproduce the issue easily on Krita 6.0.3 as well, using a Logitech G502 HERO mouse. Setting to CONFIRMED Status. Notably, the Canvas Input Settings for Primary Brush Actions only gives 2 options for Action, Normal and Snap. Trying with either doesn't seem to work using the scroll wheel. The Shift + LMB drag default gesture does not move my cursor when performed however. The cursor remains locked int he spot where the effect was invoked. Regardless, being able to rebind to a scroll wheel seems like it would be more intuitive and better for some workflows, as that gesture makes more sense with a digital pen. The bug reporting fields should probably be updated! The version first reported was set to 5.2.1, but the report mentioned using 5.2.13. Critical importance level is intended for bugs that leads to immediate data loss! Given there are temporary workarounds, even though they impact one's workflow, this is probably more fitting for Normal importance. (or Major if its causing significant trouble).
