STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On a notebook connected to a external screen via HDMI, set both screens to
repeat the display.
2. Close the notebook's lid.
OBSERVED RESULT
The external screen blinks when the notebook lid is closed.
EXPECTED RESULT
Since nothing in the external screen changes, it shouldn't blink.
