Test case for XIRR calculation

The "All Dates" preset is designed to use the date of the first and last
transaction as the report range.

The XIRR is then evaluated using the market value at the end of that report
range, i.e. the date of the last transaction. This is intentional, since "All
Dates" should represent the performance over the period covered by the
transactions, rather than extending the reporting period to the current date.

If you want to include the current market value in the calculation, a "User
defined" date range can be used with the end date set to today. This makes the
current valuation part of the reporting period and therefore of the XIRR
calculation.

The fact that using the current market value can make a significant difference
is precisely why it would be problematic to silently use today's value for the
"All Dates" preset: this would effectively extend the reporting period beyond
the date selected by the preset.

The magnitude of the difference depends on how much the current prices differ
from the prices at the date of the last transaction.
