DESCRIPTION
when you are downloading something in Browser or Discover, the download
progress bar on the icon starts from the left instead of the right
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch OS language to Arabic
2. Download something in Brave or Discover
3. switch to other app to unfocus and it shows the download progress bar
OBSERVED RESULT
Download progress bar starts from the left
EXPECTED RESULT
Download progress bar starts from the right
