DESCRIPTION
Prefer efficiency option in Display Configuration creates graphical glitch*
that can be triggered by maximized applications like Application Dashboard
* - many thin colorful horizontal lines.
Interestingly enough, i remember that it was the opposite, there was some
problem with Prefer Color Accuracy, now it's the opposite.
Also i can't capture it on video for some reason.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Display Configuration and choose Prefer efficiency option
2. Open some youtube video in Firefox and play it
3. Click to open/close Application Dashboard repeatedly until you see a
glitch(sometimes it reveals faster, sometimes it takes 10-15 clicks)
OBSERVED RESULT
Many thin colorful horizontal lines
EXPECTED RESULT
No glitches
