The issue is with a custom mouse theme I created on Linux Mint Cinnamon X11. It
has a specified cursor image for grabbing window sides, a specified cursor
image for grabbing window tops and bottoms, and a specified cursor image for
grabbing window corners. None of these three appear when I imported the theme
to my Kubuntu v25.10 KDE/Plasma 6/Wayland box. Instead it shows the cursor
image for panning across webpages. The theme works flawlessly on Mint Cinnamon
and Mint XFCE.
