DESCRIPTION
Sometimes when coming back from sleep, especially after a long period of time,
my primary desktop becomes unresponsive to clicks. It's _just_ the folder
widget though. I cannot left or right click any desktop icon nor the background
(eg to bring up the context menu). I _can_ however click on any panels or other
widgets on the screen. It impacts _only_ my primary display when it happens. My
other two monitors continue to be have normally. Quitting the active instance
of plasmashell (eg. via log out) resolves the issue immediately.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set desktop to folder view
2. Potentially have multiple monitors involved (?)
3. Place system into sleep for a period of time
4. Wake system
5. Attempt to click on the primary display's icons or background
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens. No applications or launched or highlighted. No context menus
open with right click.
EXPECTED RESULT
The icons to be intractable and the context menu to open as normal

I'll try to get more narrowed logs the next time it occurs
Not sure if relevant, but plasmashell logs contain hundreds of lines like this
on start up:
