DESCRIPTION
When logged into a KdE user session with the desktop displayed, it is possible
to start the screen reader by pressing Meta+Alt+S. This does not work at the
login screen, so a blind user has to guess when the login screen has appeared
and type their password with no feedback.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. At the login screen, press Meta+Alt+S.
OBSERVED RESULT
Orca does not start.
EXPECTED RESULT
Orca should start and allow the user to read the contents of the login screen.
