STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Get a bug made by yourself marked as "NeedsInfo".
2. Find a attachment that would change it back to Reported/Confirmed.
3. Upload the attachment and also marking the bug back to Reported/Confirmed.
OBSERVED RESULT
The person who reported the bug is still assigned, so 2 separate emails will
have to be sent to the bug followers needlessly.
EXPECTED RESULT
If the bug reporter's assignment was caused by a "NeedsInfo" status, then the
bug reporter in the upload page should additionally be able to clear their
assignment by changing the bug status to Reported/Confirmed.
