after upgrading the system via pacman -Syu to kwin 6.7.4-1 and mesa 1:26.1.6-1,
a greyish screenflicker appears roughly every few seconds for about an second
or less, followed by the error kwin_wayland: atomic commit failed: Device or
resource busy.
in roughly 10 mins uptime i've got around 36 errors.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. upgrade to the latest version of kwin and mesa
2. observe / play videos
3. check terminal for logs and also observe the display for flickering issues
OBSERVED RESULT
screen flickering in a horizontal manner in the middle of the display for a
brief second
EXPECTED RESULT
smooth video playback / desktop work with no greyish screen flickering for a
brief of a second

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have rolled back to kwin 6.6.6-1 and mesa 1:26.1.4-1 which is working fine
with no errors and no flickering.
