They are supposed to be paired to a mobile device first (which I had already done), then through the app you can connect to other devices (which I had done with the same laptop but using Windows, and it worked). Then, when I got Fedora KDE on that same laptop, I wanted to have it connected to the headphones, and that is where all of these began. Then I had issues to connect other models as described initially, I trieed on the desktop PC which also have Bluetooth and confirmed the issue, so I submit the bug report. I am going to try to use scrcpy to project the phone screen to the laptop and record you guys a video of my screen so you can see both, phone and laptop/desktop running Fedora so you can see the whole process, maybe it can give you more context.
