DESCRIPTION
When I set system proxy in windows, other kde connect functions (clipboard,
file transfer from windows to android, etc.) work well, but file transfer from
Android to Windows doesn't work. In android, "Sending 1 file to..." stops on 0
for a few seconds, then says "Sent file to..." but file isn't received on
Windows.
After clearing system proxy, it still doesn't work, until I manually quit and
restart KDE Connect on windows.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Clear proxy on windows
2. Launch KDE Connect on Windows and Android
3. Send a file from Android to Windows, when you see "Sent file to..." on
android, your file is in Downloads folder in Windows
4. Set a proxy on system (socks5 for example)
5. Send a file from Android to Windows
OBSERVED RESULT
You will see "Sending 1 file to..." on android stuck on zero for a few seconds,
then "Sent file to...", but file is not there in Downloads folder in Windows
EXPECTED RESULT
"Sending 1 file to..." on android fill normally from 0 to 100, then after
seeing "Sent file to..." in Android, file should be there in Downloads folder
in Windows

versions)
KDE Connect Version (Windows): 26.04.02 (Same for earlier versions)
