NV12 is a pixel format IIRC, like RGB or YUV420, so not nvidia-specific (this all happens on an AMD laptop). However, ffplay does just fine, that's why I reported it here. I also did the transcoding using ffmpeg, so that's why I decided it is most likely on part of Kdenlive.
