showing that paste works if the dialogue is triggered by the shortcut, but has
the issue described if triggered by the right click menu
DESCRIPTION
both middle mouse and regular clipboard history is ignored if the new
file/folder dialogue is initiated through right mouse
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have something in clipboard
2. Right click -> Create New -> any
3. Paste
OBSERVED RESULT
nothing will be pasted (not nothing happens, selected text will be overwritten)
EXPECTED RESULT
the expected text pasted
