De lete of auto generated tags not working
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Auto-generate tags (in my case about 4800)
2. Delete auto generated tags
3. Confirm that sub-tag delete is approved
OBSERVED RESULT
Auto generated tags persist
EXPECTED RESULT
Auto generated tags deleted
