DESCRIPTION
When using my phone to type on my computer from across the room, certain keys
are not correctly sent. For instance, on the lock screen, where it previously
worked fine, it is currently impossible to type Capital Letters; no matter what
is done, the shifting of the key is not preserved, so uppercase letters and
many special characters cannot be typed, meaning it can no longer be used to
login.
In addition, even after login, where Capital letters and certain special keys
(!$%^&()) do work, some (@#*) still do not.
Restarting the program on both the phone and PC does not appear to have
corrected this issue.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have KDE Connect configured to allow remote input, including keyboard
2. Open KDE Connect from Phone
3. Type characters requiring the shift key
OBSERVED RESULT
In some keys, in some situations, the proper key will be sent. in others, the
unshifted version (e.g. @ turning into 2) will be sent instead.
EXPECTED RESULT
Characters appear exactly as typed on the phone.
