Not sure if i can get a backtrace for this bug, it's a full desktop crash.

DESCRIPTION
When unplugging power for laptop, and then plugging back in, the entire desktop
freezes.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Unplug power cable to laptop.
2. If it still thinks it's connected to power, continue.
3.  Plug it back in.

OBSERVED RESULT
Entire desktop freeze.

EXPECTED RESULT
No crash.

Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window): Debian GNU Linux 13
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.6
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.13.0
Qt Version: 6.8.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is running on a Chromebook, grunt board name. Using my kexec-module on
GitHub, funtri-vt/kexec-module-PoC, latest prod ci imsge for grunt. Lenovo 300e
gen 2 AST.
