It's hard to miss on vertical Panels because the box is glued to the panel
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Migrate from Windows into KDE Plasma.
2. Try to edit the T̶a̶s̶k̶b̶a̶r̶ Panel.

You'll try to edit the Panel directly.

EXPECTED RESULT
Some sort or highlight could be used to redirect the user's vision to the Panel
Settings box.
