DESCRIPTION
GPU usage continuously shows 0% in Plasma System Monitor even under heavy GPU
load. Checking via `intel_gpu_top` in terminal confirms that the GPU is active
(~70-80% usage), but System Monitor fails to display this metric.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Plasma System Monitor.
2. Launch a game or heavy GPU workload in the background (e.g. CS2 or 7-Zip
benchmark).
3. Check the GPU usage graph in System Monitor.
OBSERVED RESULT
GPU Usage stays stuck at 0% in System Monitor, even though intel_gpu_top shows
high load (~70-80%).
EXPECTED RESULT
System Monitor should display accurate GPU usage percentage and history graphs
for Intel Arc A770.
