markdown file for demonstrating the bug

DESCRIPTION

According to the official markdown syntax, In-Page Anchor Links must be the
lowercase versions of the headers. i.e if the header is "## Section1" then the
in-page link should look like "see [Section1](#section1)"

However, when okular runs on an .md file, the display doesn't show a working
link in that case.
it works fine if I change the in-page link to "see [Section1](#Section1)" .
i.e looks like the anchor must exactly match the header title.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create a markdown file with a lowercase in-page link that doesn't match case
with associated header
2. open that file in okular

OBSERVED RESULT
notice the in-page link is highlighted but you can't click it

EXPECTED RESULT
the in-page link is highlighted and you can click it to navigate in the
document
