It's stuck!
> plasma-discover --mode Update --backends
> flatpak-backend,fwupd-backend,kns-backend,systemdsysupdate-backend
This shows all the available updates.
> plasma-discover --mode Update --backends
> flatpak-backend,fwupd-backend,kns-backend,systemdsysupdate-backend,appstream-preview-backend
This gets stuck saying "Fetching updates…" with a progress bar, and never
completes.
There is no relevant-looking console logging that's not also present normally.
