DESCRIPTION
On Bluetooth keyboards that are recognized as using the TE Link wireless
adapter, their caps lock LED is faulty. It remains on after caps lock has been
turned off, until a key is pressed. This issue seems to affect generic
Bluetooth keyboards, such as this one:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press caps lock to turn it on, activating the LED
2. Press caps lock to turn off caps lock
OBSERVED RESULT
The caps lock LED remains on, even after caps lock has been turned off.
EXPECTED RESULT
The caps lock LED should remain off.
