## DESCRIPTION
DDS Thumbnails for certain DDS files do not work in the DDS thumbnail viewer.
## STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to view BC4/BC5/BC6H/BC7 (and dx10 header BC1-BC3, R8G8B8A8_UNORM) in
Dolphin.
## OBSERVED RESULT
No thumbnail
