Location: Lutsk, Volyns'ka Oblast', UA Provider: wetter.com The reason the temperature isn't being shown in the tooltip or over the icon (miniature) is because you're using a weather station from wetter.com. It unfortunately does not support showing the current temperature. Using this provider is discouraged, and only shown in case there are no alternatives. I see that for your location, wetter.com is the only provider. Unfortunately, there isn't anything KDE can do, this would need to be implemented by wetter.com.
