DESCRIPTION
On an Nvidia 4000 series GPU, the option to set RGB range is not available on
the Display Configuration screen and kscreen-doctor output.1.rgbrange.limited
has no effect.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. execute kscreen-doctor output.1.rgbrange.limited or kscreen-doctor
output.1.rgbrange.full

OBSERVED RESULT
There are no visual changes and "kscreen-doctor -o" displays "RgbRange:
unknown" 


EXPECTED RESULT
RGB range options for NVIDIA GPUs in both command line and GUI

Nvidia introduced drivers introduced support for this feature May 2025 with the
release of 575.57.08 driver:
"Added support for the DRM plane properties COLOR_ENCODING and COLOR_RANGE."
