State after I login and the shortcuts are broken

DESCRIPTION
I want to configure the shortcuts "Alt+`" and "Alt+Shift+`" to switch between
windows of the same application, but things aren't working correctly.
When I try to capture the shortcut, the indicator show a weird character,
different from what I input. But the shortcut works while I'm logged. But it
stop working after every reboot (or logout)!

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Window Management -> Task Switcher
3. Clear all shortcuts in the "Current Application" section (forward and
reverse)
4. Setup "Alt+`" for Forward and "Alt+Shift+`" for Reverse

OBSERVED RESULT
- Weird characters on the box showing the shortcut
- Settings are lost after a reboot

EXPECTED RESULT
- Show the correct shortcut that I entered
- Persist the shortcut
