This is not a bug report for KDevelop but for the support context for KDevelop.
1) The website 'https://kdevelop.org/' is not maintained since 2020 but it is
the first (and default) address for information about KDevelop.
2) The website 'https://apps.kde.org/kdevelop/' is maintained better but is
hard to find.
The above two points give an extreme negative impression, specially for
potential new users. It suggest that KDevelop is 'out of support/development'
since 2020 (that is 6 years at the moment of writing this!)
I suggest to at least add a note at the top of 'https://kdevelop.org/' and a
link to 'https://apps.kde.org/kdevelop/'
