DESCRIPTION
Kickoff application launcher shows a low resolution icon for a menu entry, even
though .ico file has higher resolution icons in it. If I add a Link To
Application on the desktop with this icon, then it is shown in right
resolution, so the issue is with Kickoff.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a menu entry with an external .ico icon.
OBSERVED RESULT
A low resolution icon.
EXPECTED RESULT
Kickoff choosing the right icon resolution.
